Grammarly is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to join its Global Channels and Alliances Organization. This role is focused on establishing a robust partner ecosystem across the APAC region to enhance Grammarly’s value proposition and expand its reach. The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and activating a network of productive partners to enhance the sales and service of Grammarly-based solutions.Role involves:
- Scaling Grammarly's customer sales and success objectives in the APAC market.
- Utilizing solution-based selling techniques to strategically recruit suitable partners.
- Developing a business case-driven activation plan in collaboration with solution architects and partner marketing managers.
- Driving exceptional sales growth through effective leadership and strong partnerships.
- Defining and communicating a strategic vision by territory.
- Leading and mentoring a team of Partner Sales and Solution Sales Executives.
- Engaging effectively with major partners and prospects to stimulate revenue growth.
- Creating comprehensive long-term joint business cases.
- Launching a cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Partner Sales.
- Proven ability to define, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working closely with channel partners.
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
