Sales Manager at Bynder

Bynder, a digital asset management platform provider, is seeking a Sales Manager for their Enterprise & Mid-Market team. The Sales Manager will report to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives in EMEA.

Role involves:

• Managing a team of up to 6 Enterprise Account Executives in EMEA.
• Providing support and guidance to direct reports.
• Developing a winning team through recruiting and hiring.
• Coaching direct reports on sales strategies.
• Conducting regular trainings.
• Accurately reporting on sales activity and forecasting.
• Monitoring sales activity and tracking results.
• Leading demand generation activities.
• Conducting weekly 1:1s and team pipeline reviews.
• Working collaboratively across the organization.
• Staying educated about market conditions and competition.

Requirements:

• 5 years minimum experience in Enterprise B2B and SaaS sales.
• 3 years minimum experience in management or leadership role.
• Knowledge of Challenger Sales Model, MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, a plus.
• Demonstrated success in leading a high-performing enterprise sales team.
• Proven experience exceeding sales quotas and accurate forecasting.
• Successful track record in a high transaction sales environment.
• Experience selling to marketing and creative teams.
• Experience managing individual contributors.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for technology, SaaS, cloud vertical.
