Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow their business by helping small businesses succeed through targeted cold calling. The role involves becoming a digital marketing expert and developing a consultative sales approach to build long-term client relationships. The representative will work within a wide variety of industries, making each day different.

Requirements for the role include a refuse-to-lose attitude, grit, self-starter qualities, a crave for ongoing learning, quick-wittedness, adaptability, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and relationship-building abilities. 1-2 years of sales experience OR experience/internships in Retail, Business Development, Teaching, Healthcare, Management, Military background, or Self-employed is required.
