Seso, a company modernizing the back-office for American farms, is seeking a Growth Manager (SDR Manager) to lead a high-performing team. This role involves developing and implementing growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, managing and mentoring the SDR team, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align on growth initiatives.

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in growth management, business development, or sales in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams, particularly SDRs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for agriculture and understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector
