Critical Mass is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to collaborate with their client on creating applications and experiences for a high-traffic website. The Senior Project Manager will partner with creative, development, and product teams to streamline the buyflow and user journey, while also crafting detailed customer messaging. Preparation is key for client reviews, and the role requires close collaboration with internal teams and key collaborators.Critical Mass is looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of strategic planning. This is a contract role until the end of November 2025.Role involves:

• Managing digital projects, including site builds, e-commerce, UX/UI, websites, microsites, and landing pages.
• Streamlining the buyflow and user journey.
• Creating detailed customer messaging.
• Collaborating with creative, development, and product teams.
• Managing teams and client conversations.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience managing various digital projects.
• Proven experience in eCommerce website development and management.
• Strong understanding of user journey mapping and customer experience optimization.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Experience with collaboration and issue tracking tools like Box, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Practical experience working with engineering teams.
• Solid foundation developing business requirements documentation.
