Cultivation Manager

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Manager to oversee cultivation operations, with a focus on Veg, Indoor, and Greenhouse environments. This role involves managing site projects, coordinating functional groups across departments, and serving as a link between the site and corporate resources.Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all cultivation tasks and processes.
• Managing day-to-day operations for cultivation, including environmental monitoring.
• Managing and training a cultivation team.
• Maintaining and auditing SOPs & KPIs for the cultivation department.
• Ensuring the execution of cultivation procedures and nutrient protocols.
• Scheduling preventative maintenance.
• Tracking consumable inventory rates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Botany, Plant Science, Horticulture, Plant Biology or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial agriculture and/or manufacturing experience.
• Cannabis cultivation experience required.
• 3+ years managing and developing an hourly workforce.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of plant diseases, pests, and health.
