Temporal Technologies is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join their Growth team in Seattle, Washington. This role focuses on driving revenue within large enterprise organizations. The Account Executive will own a key sales territory, navigate matrixed enterprise companies, and sell to technical personas. They will act as a strategic partner to customers, leading sales processes and driving adoption of Temporal’s solutions.What This Role Involves:
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Developing and executing account strategies to expand Temporal’s footprint.
  • Engaging with software engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Partnering with customer success, solutions architecture, and product teams.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on high-value opportunities.
  • Adapting sales strategies to meet market needs.
What The Candidate Should Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record of selling to software engineers and technical decision-makers.
  • Success in navigating and closing deals within large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience driving high-growth sales motions.

  • Familiarity with consumption-based sales models.
