Job Description
Cobalt is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to sell Pentesting and Offensive Security services to Enterprise US customers. This is a remote position based on the West Coast. The Enterprise Account Director will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. They will also develop and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies within their customer portfolio.

Role Involves:
  • Owning the full sales cycle within the designated territory.
  • Conducting in-depth account research to identify high-value targets.
  • Generating and progressing pipeline opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Identifying upsell potential and expanding footprint.
  • Forging strategic alliances with industry leaders.
  • Refining and optimizing sales processes.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success and Solution Architecture teams.
  • Engaging with clients directly and regularly.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience engaging enterprise clients within the cybersecurity and professional services sectors.
  • Demonstrated passion for multi-channel sales strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven expertise in SaaS solution sales to CTOs, CISOs, and senior security leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the security product landscape and experience navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Highly driven, with a strong work ethic and a results-first mindset.
  • Experience guiding clients through technical sales processes.
  • Adept at leading high-impact, in-person engagements.
