Two Six Technologies is seeking a Director of Growth Strategies to develop and execute go-to-market strategies within the US DoD for multiple products, focusing on Resilient, Secure Communications (RSC) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Defense and Intelligence markets and collaborate with Product Sales, BD, and Marketing teams to position and close deals. They should have leadership experience within the United States Military or Intelligence Community and understand the needs of technology-enabled missions. What this role involves: - Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for government and military communities.
- Understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position Two Six products.
- Acquiring a deep understanding of Two Six products to articulate their fit within government organizations.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Sales, BD, and Marketing teams.
- Assisting Sales and Business Development teams in shaping and closing new business.
- Identifying channel partners and government programs best suited for Two Six products.
- Providing regular reports on the performance of growth strategies.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and networks.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, or a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience driving technical market strategies and programs.
- Deep understanding of the DoD community.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to break new ground with innovative products.
- Knowledge of Secure Communications, Networks, and/or Military Planning and Execution.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
