FAM Portfolio Manager

Job Description

Farther is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to contribute to their investment platform. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for building products across all asset classes, with a focus on developing and managing multi-asset class portfolio strategies. This role requires strong technical skills, fixed income experience, and the ability to design processes that can be automated.

Role involves:
• Designing and implementing multi-asset class portfolio strategies
• Creating regular commentary and maintaining inputs for fact sheets
• Building systematic portfolio management processes
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams
• Partnering with internal teams to articulate investment approaches
• Driving innovation with a strong sense of ownership

Requirements:
• 10-15 years of experience at an asset management firm
• Strong fixed income experience
• Robust technical skill set, including Python coding
• Experience designing upstream processes for automation
• Strong internal communication skills
• Deep expertise in portfolio construction and risk management
• Experience with portfolio analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• CFA designation preferred
