Nimble Gravity is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to build client relationships and drive value. The Client Engagement Manager will manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive growth. They will partner with internal teams to deliver client-facing experiences and expand service opportunities.

Role Involves:
  • Leading client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Driving account growth through expansion opportunities.
  • Creating seamless experiences across teams.
  • Serving as a strategic partner to shape client roadmaps.
  • Showcasing value through retrospectives and outcome reporting.
  • Monitoring client health and addressing concerns.
  • Mentoring junior team members.
  • Enabling the team through tools and training.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years in client-facing roles.
  • Experience in technology consulting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic mindset and client-centric focus.
  • Proven ability to work across teams.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • English C1 required.
