Job Description

JD Sports Fashion, a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe, is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team in Milan. Founded in 1981, the company has over 2,400 stores and is dedicated to providing customers with the latest products from top brands.

As a member of the JD Sports team, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers. They will assist customers, maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Role Involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Verifying and replenishing stock on the sales floor.

Requirements:

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and attention to detail.
• Registration in the lists of Compulsory Placement L. 68/99 is required.
