Acryl Data is seeking a Full-Stack Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of its high-performance data platform, DataHub. DataHub is used by enterprises like Apple, Netflix, and Visa. This role is pivotal in shaping the user-facing products, ensuring scalability and responsiveness for data discovery, quality, and governance. The candidate will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Architecting and leading the development of high-performance web applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Driving technical decisions and architecture choices.
• Establishing performance metrics and optimization strategies.
• Mentoring and guiding a team of engineers.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in building and scaling consumer-facing web applications.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture patterns.
• Strong experience with performance optimization.
• Expertise in GraphQL and frameworks like Apollo.
• Experience with real-time data visualization and complex UI interactions.
• Background in building and maintaining microservices architecture.
• Experience mentoring engineers.
• Familiarity with tools in the modern data and ML ecosystem.
