Inventory Planner & Analyst

Job Description

The company is seeking an Inventory Planner & Analyst to join their Demand and Supply Planning Team. This team is responsible for maintaining healthy inventory across multiple warehouses, locations, and supply points. The ideal candidate will be able to think clearly, plan precisely, and connect the dots across teams to maximize availability, minimize stock-holding, and align demand and supply plans with factory capacity.This role involves:

• Working with large datasets to make informed decisions
• Identifying gaps and risks before they escalate
• Streamlining systems and improving processes
• Keeping stakeholders informed and aligned

Requirements include:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a data-driven, detail-oriented, and decision-making role
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and exposure to SQL
• Experience working across systems and cleaning/stitching together data
• Ability to plan carefully and act quickly to correct deviations
• Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical individuals
• Understanding of how analysis drives business action
• Familiarity with tools like Netsuite (ERP) and Looker (BI tool) is a plus
