Job Description
Gong is seeking a Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager to lead implementation engagements for enterprise customers. This role involves managing multiple customer programs, ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards, and balancing priorities across projects. The Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager will conduct workshops, provide regular communications to stakeholders, and identify and mitigate program risks. They will also contribute to practice development initiatives and improve team processes. Gong is open to hiring someone in one of the following locations: San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Chicago, New York City
Responsibilities include:
- Leading all aspects of implementation engagements for Gong customers.
- Managing multiple customer programs to a defined scope, schedule, and budget.
- Forecasting work and deploying program resources according to delivery plans.
- Ensuring program deliverables are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Conducting & coordinating meetings onsite and remotely according to the Gong Professional Services methodology standards
Requirements include:
- 8-10 years of Project Management experience.
- 5+ years of professional consulting experience in Enterprise software.
- Proven ability to influence change within customer organizations.
- Strong CRM experience or knowledge (Salesforce.com or Dynamics preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and writing skills.
