Job Description

Vimeo is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to support the finance, accounting, and Salesforce teams, along with a global user community. This role primarily supports Zuora, with Salesforce integrations, and other 3rd party financial systems like Oracle. The Financial Systems Manager will lead cross-system implementation, support, and testing initiatives, as well as assist with system controls and helpdesk tickets.

What this role involves:

  • Supporting all Zuora or related financial system changes, including design documentation and implementation testing.
  • Participating in technical discussions and defining requirements for cross-functional projects that interface with billing.
  • Providing expertise in design, development, and deployment in business process automation using custom Zuora workflows.
  • Building custom reports for cross-functional teams.
  • Performing Zuora system administration tasks.
  • Creating process flow documentation and assisting with user training.
  • Partnering with a data team to provide guidance on Zuora objects and relationships for reporting purposes.
  • Providing API guidance and partnering with developers.
  • Partnering with internal audit for system controls requests.
  • Managing daily Zuora financial systems helpdesk tickets.
  • Troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis of incidents and outages.
  • Supporting 3rd party financial applications as they interact with Zuora.
  • Ensuring operational excellence around processes and procedures, and maintaining process documentation.
  • Communicating with internal customers and senior management regularly on status, risks, and emergent issues.
  • Maintaining superior levels of customer service to all company stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 6+ years of direct Zuora billing system experience as an administrator.
  • Zuora revenue / RevPro and Salesforce experience.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and validation.
  • Global company experience.
  • SOX control management experience.
  • Helpdesk support experience using ticketing systems.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with system development life cycle.
