Field Implementation Consultant (Deutschsprachig, Düsseldorf, m/w/d)

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Field Implementation Consultant to join their team in Düsseldorf. This role involves installing, providing technical support, and offering on-site assistance for Lightspeed's Point-of-Sale products in the restaurant and hotel industry. The consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth implementation of products, supporting strategic clients in their optimal use, and representing Lightspeed in Germany.Responsibilities include:

• Traveling to customer locations to assist with hardware installation and provide technical support.
• Organizing and conducting training sessions for business owners, management teams, and employees on using the POS system.
• Assisting customers with system setup and integration on-site.
• Installing and troubleshooting network devices, including routers and WLAN access points.
• Documenting installation processes, network information, and technical details.
• Reporting installation progress to the Team Lead and Installation Coordinator.
• Ensuring all necessary hardware components are available before customer appointments.
• Planning deployments efficiently in collaboration with the Installation Coordinator.
• Communicating directly with the development team regarding current product and customer concerns.
• Representing Lightspeed to new and existing customers.
• Identifying and offering solutions to technical challenges.
• Collaborating with team members from Launch & Professional Services.

Requirements include:

• Experience in the gastronomy or hotel industry.
• Technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple customer projects.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with the Field Sales Team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and independent work style.
• Fluency in German and English.
