AB InBev Growth Group is seeking a People Business Partner Manager to lead the talent agenda and ensure the right people are in the right roles. The People Business Partner team will partner with key stakeholders to develop workforce demand planning and select talent. This role requires a strong business relationship builder with a consultative mindset, capable of problem-solving and influencing leaders.
- Building strong business relationships with leadership
- Consulting on people and talent processes
- Communicating and executing People policies
- Playing a key role in employee training, talent management, and culture initiatives
- Providing direction on employment law and employee relations
- Proactively identifying and supporting internal customer needs
- Managing the People Cycle Process
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop insights
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (a plus)
