Job Description

Workleap is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their AI team. The successful candidate will contribute to product innovation by implementing LLM-based features, helping to make Workleap AI a central pillar of the Workleap platform. They will play a key role in accelerating adoption, driving usage, and evolving AI capabilities at scale.Role involves:

• Developing new features for the AI assistant and APIs.
• Integrating new third-party data sources into the knowledge base.
• Collaborating and designing solutions for complex technical problems.
• Maintaining a clean architecture and quality implementation.
• Conducting code reviews and mentoring teammates.
• Offering excellent support to early adopters.

Requirements:

• Strong backend development skills, especially with Python, FastAPI, and uv.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure with tools like Azure, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Strong experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Neo4j.
• Experience building AI systems using LLMs, vector embeddings, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows.
• Comfortable writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Familiarity with SOLID, DRY, KISS, and YAGNI principles.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with product, software, and design lifecycles.
• Autonomous, proactive, and pleasant to work with.
