Job Description
Scale AI is seeking a New Grad Strategic Projects Lead to support initiatives that drive significant new revenue within the Generative AI business unit. This role offers the opportunity to work on the cutting edge of LLM technology with some of the brightest minds in the industry.Responsibilities include:
  • Driving customer pipelines and ensuring projects move forward efficiently.
  • Calibrating customer needs and designing data taxonomies to optimize model performance.
  • Building and maintaining the infrastructure required for efficient and scalable data pipelines.
  • Assisting in training and managing global teams of data contributors.
  • Making data-driven decisions using analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Owning larger components of data delivery processes.
Qualifications include:
  • A technical degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, STEM, Statistics, or Operations Research.
  • Experience visualizing data using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • 0-2 years of experience in product development, operations, or software engineering.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
