Aisera is seeking a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in JAVA and Spring Framework to join their software development team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems, with a focus on microservices architecture. This role involves contributing to the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment. Aisera is a leading provider of Generative AI and AI Copilot solutions, enabling self-service and driving revenue growth for businesses.Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend applications using JAVA on Kubernetes and Docker.
• Implementing microservices architecture to ensure modularity, maintainability, and scalability.
• Contributing to Aisera's workflow library by abstracting customer requirements and building maintainable workflows.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in production.

Requirements include:

• BS in CS major
• Solid Java programming skills and data structures
• Good at object-oriented design and familiar with design patterns
• Confident working with AWS/Azure/k8s environments
