NZXT, a global organization with entrepreneurial roots, is seeking a Sr. Mechanical Engineer to join their PC components and system engineering team in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing and developing innovative PC components such as desktop PC cases and closed-loop water cooling systems. The candidate will improve programs that will be applied to products and systems.
The candidate will assess designs with the Industrial Design team, considering technical feasibility, technology readiness, cost viability, and schedule risk. The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will collaborate with the product team and factory personnel to produce mechanical designs and all necessary documentation to create mockups/prototypes. This role involves supporting quality, product, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of PC development experience or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Familiarity with Asia-based (Taiwan and Mainland China) suppliers
- Experience in designing and developing mechanical solutions for mass-produced consumer products
- Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes
- Understanding of GD&T principles, thermodynamics, EMI, acoustic noise, vibration, structural integrity, and weight issues
- Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks and Pro/Engineer preferred)
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
