NZXT is seeking a Software/Firmware Program Manager to oversee the development, deployment, and support of software and firmware projects. The Program Manager will act as the main point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track program progress and ensure adherence to milestones.
- Act as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers to review technical designs.
- Support bug tracking and resolution processes.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software/firmware development or program management.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
