TaskHuman is seeking a Community Growth Recruiter to help grow its borderless community of professionals. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening coaching professionals as TaskHuman launches into new international markets. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to communicate effectively and adapt to change in a fast-growing organization.

Role Involves:

• Identifying and sourcing coaching professionals.
• Utilizing sourcing strategies.
• Conducting screening interviews.
• Coordinating meetings and interviews.
• Developing a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Providing weekly reports and feedback.
• Collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Professional fluency in Arabic and English
• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong prioritization and organization skills
• Strong judgment skills and ability to problem solve
• Savvy with the latest technology and tools related to sourcing
• A proven ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Proficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, and Recruitee
• Genuine interest in the mission of TaskHuman
