Product Manager - Cloud Service

Job Description

Ditto is seeking a Product Manager for its cloud-based managed service, Ditto Cloud. In this role, the individual will collaborate with Product Leadership to ensure the product aligns with customer needs and the company's long-term strategy. This role requires a hands-on approach, becoming intimately familiar with the product and a technical expert in its customer applications. The Product Manager will drive high-visibility and strategic projects, serving as the go-to product expert for all things Cloud within Ditto.Role involves:

• Working directly with Product Leadership to align product area with company strategy.
• Collaborating with customers and customer-facing teams to meet customer needs and explore new product opportunities.
• Contributing to documentation, blog posts, demos, and marketing materials for new features.
• Collaborating with the broader product team for cross-functional projects.
• Defining and prioritizing projects with the Engineering team, including customer requests and tech debt.
• Maintaining a view of market, competition, and adjacent technologies.
• Modeling Ditto’s culture of Trust, Communication, and Continual Improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent industry experience).
• 2+ Years Experience in Product Management for a highly technical product.
• 2+ Years working on a cloud-based managed service.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following cloud providers: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• A keen interest to learn and adapt quickly.
• Self-driven and capable of managing own work.
