Labeling Operations Manager (F/H)

Job Description

Mirakl, a leader in platform economy solutions, is seeking a Labeling Operations Manager to join their AI team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and consistency of data used to train LLMs/VLMs for the GenAI Catalog Transformer product. The Labeling Operations Manager will collaborate with AI, Product, and Data Engineering teams to maintain reliable and representative datasets.Mirakl Labs, with hubs in Paris and Bordeaux, fosters a collaborative environment where teams address client challenges related to new functionalities, scalability, security, and ergonomics. Operating in agile mode, squads are composed of a Squad Lead, developers, a Product Manager, and a QA specialist, each focusing on a functional scope to design and implement new features and APIs.Role involves:

• Auditing and validating data before model integration.
• Evaluating the accuracy and relevance of textual and visual data.
• Identifying and correcting inconsistencies and errors.
• Ensuring compliance with annotation guidelines.
• Optimizing annotation and validation workflows.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data production cycles.
• Leading projects related to prompt evaluation, including guideline creation and annotator coordination.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in data annotation or quality assurance in AI.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks reliably.
• Excellent written language skills in French and English.
• Ability to work autonomously and follow complex instructions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A passion for building processes and improving product quality.
