Figure is seeking a Manager of Pricing and Revenue Strategy to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company's product suite. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and refinement of pricing and product strategies, ensuring alignment across teams, and leveraging data to drive business decisions. The Manager will partner closely with Capital Markets, Credit, Finance, Marketing, and Analytics to support growth and optimize revenue.Figure is a financial technology firm focused on maximizing the value of homeownership. What this role involves: - Operationalizing pricing decisions across platforms and partners.
- Serving as the finance partner for Credit, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Performing market and competitive analysis.
- Analyzing product performance and market trends.
- Building dashboards and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
What company is looking for: - 8+ years of experience in pricing strategy, credit risk, FP&A, or lending analytics.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python/R.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.
