Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Tools

Figure is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance its Enterprise Tools. The role involves collaborating with product, engineering, design, and business partners to improve the platform used internally and externally throughout the loan lifecycle. Figure is a financial technology firm focused on maximizing the value of homeownership. The company is known as the #1 non-bank HELOC lender. Figure needs someone excited about using technology to efficiently scale business operations.What this role involves:

• Improving products and tools for Customer Success and operations teams.
• Serving as the subject matter expert on internal tools.
• Defining and communicating strategy, priorities, and KPIs.
• Creating, monitoring, and assessing success metrics.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
• Synthesizing and prioritizing user needs.
• Driving new feature development from start to finish.

Requirements:

• BS/BA preferred, with 7+ years of related experience as a Product Manager.
• Demonstrated success in leading the development and delivery of internal tools.
• Self-starter passionate about solving complex problems.
• Excellent product judgment and decision-making skills.
• Experience utilizing AI for operational efficiencies is a plus.
• Experience in the Mortgage or Digital Asset/Crypto ecosystem is a plus.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities.
• Proven success in cross-functional communication and relationship building.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
