Job Description
Figure is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team and focus on the HELOC product. Figure is a fintech company focused on home equity solutions. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the roadmap for the HELOC product, building an understanding of the customer base, and developing new revenue models. They will lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, partner with cross-functional teams, and use data to make strategic decisions.Figure is looking for someone with strong communication skills, business acumen, and experience in fintech or consumer lending products.What this role involves:- Driving the roadmap for the core HELOC product.
- Building an expert-level understanding of Figure’s customer base.
- Developing, testing, and scaling new revenue models and pricing strategies.
- Leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Partnering with the engineering team and other cross-functional teams.
- Defining and synthesizing success metrics for communication to Product and C-Suite leaders.
- Designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on consumer fintech products.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of business acumen.
- Experience in FinTech or consumer lending products required.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to ascertain and effectively communicate the “why”.
- Proven success working cross-functionally and building solid long-term business relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
