  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team of SDRs.
  • Designing and implementing an SDR strategy tailored for the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Identifying and implementing best practices, workflows, tools, and technologies to improve SDR efficiency.
  • Overseeing SDR pipeline activity to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Providing ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to the SDR team.
  • Partnering closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a high growth SaaS company.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales development leadership role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or Web3 company.
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing SDR teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales development best practices and modern prospecting techniques.
  • Highly data-driven, analytical, and process-oriented.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about blockchain, crypto, and Web3 technologies.
