Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a Product Manager to join its Sales Performance Management (SPM) Application team. This role focuses on driving the product vision and roadmap for Sales Performance planning solutions, particularly Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers, define product requirements, and prioritize features in alignment with Anaplan's strategy.

Role involves:
  • Defining product vision and strategy.
  • Creating and maintaining a product roadmap.
  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders.
  • Developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitoring product performance.
  • Communicating with stakeholders.
  • Analyzing customer feedback.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Prior experience with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
