Application, Delivery Advisor, Supply Chain

Job Description

Anaplan is seeking an Application, Delivery Advisor to join their Supply Chain Center of Excellence. In this role, the advisor will ensure the consistent and scalable delivery of Anaplan's Supply Chain Applications, aligning with the company's quality standards. The advisor will focus on realizing customer business process needs through effective application implementation.

The Application, Delivery Advisor will shape the implementation approach for Supply Chain Applications, lead the delivery of documentation and content, enable internal and external teams, and provide business process expertise. They will provide product guidance, validate implementation plans, monitor implementations, and ensure feature feedback is incorporated into future application versions.

This role requires excellent collaboration skills, a deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning use cases, Applications expertise, Professional Services experience, and an innovative mindset.

Role Involves:

• Partnering with Product Management, Professional Services, and GTM Enablement Teams.
• Serving as the subject matter expert for the Applications, guiding effective implementation strategies.
• Developing and overseeing functional enablement programs, including training and documentation.
• Empowering partners through training and advisory services.
• Supporting key sales opportunities as a process expert.
• Delivering feedback to the Product Team to improve applications.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in supply chain planning processes and implementing systems to support them.
• Broad experience across all aspects of end-to-end supply chain (demand, inventory, production, procurement, etc.).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Strong understanding of Anaplan’s platform.
• Understanding of product management, GTM operations, and enablement.
• A results-driven mindset and ability to collaborate across teams.
