Job Description
enmacc is seeking an International Account Manager to join their team in London. enmacc is Europe’s largest over-the-counter trading market venue for energy and environmental commodities. The International Account Manager will be the face of enmacc towards its international trading clients, working closely with them to drive digital leadership in energy trading and develop new markets and opportunities.
The role involves:
- Working closely with a portfolio of current enmacc clients to define success and help them maximise value.
- Proactively engaging with major clients, planning & supporting their trading needs.
- Developing and converting a pipeline of prospective clients in the large, international energy and environmental commodity trading segment.
- Leading the onboarding process of new clients and assisting them in driving user adoption.
- Overseeing the development of new and current client accounts and the evolution of energy markets.
- Acting as a link between departments to drive customer advocacy by delivering actionable client feedback.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Five or more years of experience in the energy origination or trading business.
- Experience in the European energy space with a strong network.
- Knowledge of both physical and financial energy trading.
- Ambition, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Affinity for digital products and services.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
