Job Description
Garner Health is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee clients in their large market book of business. This role focuses on relationship management, understanding client needs, and day-to-day client management. The Senior Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders and brokers, ensuring overall client success and retention. They will collaborate with the Strategic Accounts team and cross-functional areas to drive Garner’s mission forward. This position reports to the Director of Account Management (large market).
What this role involves:
- Ensuring Garner delivers an excellent client experience.
- Executing key workflows and monitoring client health.
- Tracking client success KPIs and mitigating risks.
- Managing strong relationships with brokers and clients.
- Collaborating with product, sales, and member services teams.
- Developing client reports, meeting materials, and workshops.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing and growing a B2B book of business in the healthcare and benefits industry.
- Experience supporting clients to increase engagement and maximize the value of a SaaS solution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and brokers.
