Adyen is seeking a Team Lead for Account Management to join their team in Shanghai. Adyen is the financial technology platform of choice for companies like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft.This role involves building, mentoring, and coaching a team of account managers responsible for growing strategic merchant relationships and payments revenue. The Team Lead will shape the company's culture and team environment, creating future leaders. They will drive revenue, streamline operations, foster collaboration, and engage with executives.
- Driving commercial growth by providing advice and strategic consultation.
- Setting clear individual and team goals focused on revenue growth.

Requirements: - Degree in Economics, Finance, or engineering-related field.
- Solid experience in payments, alternative payment methods, or card acquiring industry.
- Experience engaging with C-suites in enterprise companies.
- At least 2+ years of experience in managing teams.
- Experience in a revenue-driving position with a track record of growing share of wallet.
- Full proficiency in Mandarin and English.
