Program Associate, Colombia Fellows, Acumen Academy

Job Description

Acumen Academy is seeking a Program Associate in Colombia to support the Colombia Fellows Program. The Program Associate will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure a seamless learning experience for participants and foster a collaborative cohort culture. This role involves supporting program delivery and operations, building meaningful relationships with participants, and monitoring program effectiveness.Role involves:

• Supporting the co-creation of an operational plan for each cohort.
• Assisting in preparing training materials and supporting program logistics.
• Attending and providing operational support during in-person encounters.
• Managing participant experience and communication.
• Overseeing virtual program components.
• Collaborating with the global team on curriculum and data management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management and user experience.
• Proven experience facilitating groups.
• Understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Permanent work authorization in Colombia.
