Remote is seeking a Campaigns Manager to lead outbound campaign strategy across global SDR teams. This role directly impacts pipeline generation through data-driven campaign design and management. Role involves: - Designing and executing high-volume outbound campaigns.
- Building and managing outbound playbooks.
- Overseeing SDR team execution and providing coaching.
- Analyzing campaign performance and iterating based on data.
- Aligning campaign strategy with sales leadership, RevOps, and Marketing goals.
Requirements: - 3+ years experience in campaign management, outbound sales strategy, or GTM roles.
- Expertise in contact list building, segmentation, messaging frameworks, and outreach tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong execution skills.
- Proficiency in tools and systems like Clay, Outreach, SFDC, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Lusha, Amplemarket, Qualified, LeanData.
- Strong understanding of SFDC Lead / Contact / Account / Campaign object data models and schemas, Snowflake, Sigma.
- Experience with project management tools like Notion Databases, Zapier.
- Fluent English.
