Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team. This role focuses on helping prospective and active customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform. The ideal candidate will respond to incoming queries and assist customers in maximizing Remote’s suite of products to meet their employment needs. Role Involves:
Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects.
Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
Cold calling into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.
Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.
Requirements:
Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools.
Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
