TheFork, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join their team in Barcelona. The company's mission is to bring people together and champion restaurant culture. TheFork is the leading restaurant booking platform across Europe and Australia.
The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for answering incoming requests via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with questions about the electronic reservation book, website, or app, and providing suitable solutions based on customer needs.
What this role involves:
- Answering incoming requests via phone, email and chat
- Assisting customers on questions about electronic reservation book, website or app
- Providing the most suitable answer or solution according to customer needs
Requirements for this role:
- Based in Barcelona
- Native level of French and fluent in English
- Open minded with high level of communication skills
- Care about customer needs and always try to make their experience unique and satisfactory
- Knowledge in CRM tools
- Experienced in a customer support environment
