DevRev is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join their team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, creating interactive dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process and sales terminologies, as well as proficiency in SQL and BigQuery. The analyst will collaborate with sales and business intelligence teams to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse revenue and sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and improve forecasting models, dashboards, and reports to provide real-time visibility into pipeline and performance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline operational workflows and drive process improvements
• Manage and optimise tools such as CRM, sales engagement platforms, and reporting systems.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) across the revenue funnel.
• Assist in the development and enforcement of data governance and operational best practices.
• Support territory planning and Account scoring models.
• Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to align revenue reporting and business insights.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like Google sheets, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
