Job Description

Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Head of School to lead one of its campuses in Paris. The Head of School will be responsible for providing leadership to the entire campus team, growing enrollment, attracting and retaining staff, building a strong parent community, and ensuring a high-quality educational experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in education within the EU
  • School leadership experience
  • AMI or other Montessori certification

  • An aptitude for creating a warm and supportive team culture
  • A passion for Montessori pedagogy
  • Legal right to work in EU/EU residency
