Job Description
EarnIn is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role is based in Mountain View and requires at least two days a week in the office. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for shaping the CTO organization's strategy, operations, and effectiveness. They will act as a trusted advisor, facilitating alignment across the technology leadership and broader company executive teams.

Role involves:
  • Developing and executing the technology organization’s strategic vision.
  • Leading the CTO organization's annual and quarterly strategic planning process.
  • Managing the technology organization’s budget.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination between teams.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Leading special projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership or operational role within a technology organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking KPIs.
  • Experience working at a Product-focused company.
