Job Description

Tomofun is seeking an experienced EE Manager to join their team in Taipei, Taiwan. Tomofun is a pet-tech company that aims to bring joy and innovation to pet lovers worldwide. The company's debut product, Furbo, is the #1 best-selling dog camera on Amazon in multiple countries.This role involves defining product design and technology direction, establishing product specifications, and planning verification tests. The EE Manager will collaborate with internal R&D, PM, and supplier teams to ensure product specifications and quality meet requirements. They will identify and design optimal product solutions for mass production and contribute to the development of next-generation products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:

• Define product design and technology direction.
• Establish product specifications and plan verification tests.
• Collaborate with internal R&D, PM, and supplier teams.
• Identify and design optimal product solutions.
• Contribute to the development of next-generation products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in Camera, Surveillance, or IoT Camera R&D.
• Experience in RF design and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with EMI/EMC/ESD.
• Experience in ODM or Contract Manufacturing management.
• Team or project management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
