Job Description
Fetch is seeking a VP, Industry Lead, Food & Beverage to manage individual contributors and achieve quota by nurturing existing and initiating new partner relationships. This role reports to the General Manager and involves managing a team of new business sales professionals and account managers. The ideal candidate will drive revenue-generating opportunities for the company.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manages key account/business relationships with partners and prospective partners.
  • Oversee industry sales revenue and progress to quota.
  • Guide teams and hold them accountable for progress to quota.
  • Make personnel/headcount decisions.
  • Provide tailored coaching, guidance, and feedback to partner professionals.
  • Direct sales professionals to expand influence across targeted accounts.
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive positive risk/relationship management.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct people management and digital media sales experience.
  • Relevant experience within relevant product/industry and commensurate enterprise clients.
  • Experience selling to brands on the vendor side is required.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.
