Job Description

Coactive AI is seeking a Head of Product to own and drive the product strategy for their AI platform. This role is crucial for ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and innovation in partnership with the Engineering team to support the company's mission. The Head of Product will work directly with the CEO, customers, and cross-functional teams to shape the future of Coactive's platform.Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product strategy and translate it into an actionable roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery to delivery.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Build trusted relationships with key enterprise customers.
• Align advanced AI/ML capabilities with market needs.
• Implement clear product development principles and structured OKRs.
• Own the product lifecycle and manage prioritization.
• Establish a strong operating rhythm across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class product team.
• Develop a clear point of view on product-market fit.
• Be the voice of the customer and evangelize the Coactive AI product vision.
• Contribute to pricing strategy, packaging, and positioning.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in product management, including building enterprise SaaS or AI/ML products.
• Startup experience strongly preferred.
• Experience defining and scaling 0-1 and 1-N products.
• Strong technical acumen.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Customer-obsessed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Passion for AI, visual data, and the future of data-driven decision-making.
