Job Description

PayPay, a FinTech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Corporate Engineering team. This role focuses on internal system development and automation to enhance business processes across various departments. The engineer will contribute to the company's DX initiatives by developing and maintaining business applications using low-code development platforms.

PayPay's Corporate Engineering team plays a crucial role in supporting the company's rapid growth by developing internal business systems. The team is responsible for IT strategy and full-stack application development.

Role Involves:

• Developing and maintaining business applications using low-code platforms like Outsystems and Workato.
• Automating business processes using iPaaS and RPA.
• Gathering requirements and defining system specifications.
• Collaborating with BPR engineers and business departments.
• Participating in the entire development lifecycle, from design to release.

Requirements:

• Experience in web application design and development.
• Experience with RDB design and operation (e.g., ORACLE, SQLServer, MySQL, Postgres).
• Business-level Japanese language skills.
