Senior Product Manager (12 Month Contract)

Job Description

Flipp is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a 12-month contract role. The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in defining, communicating, and executing the product vision and strategy. They will lead cross-functional product-focused teams to define and deliver compelling new products and features which solve business and shopper problems. This role involves driving the entire product development process from discovery to GTM with end-to-end success in mind.

• Driving the product development process
• Defining business and shopper opportunities
• Refining product vision and strategy
• Leading the development team to discover customer problems
• Aligning and managing stakeholder expectations
• Gaining a deep understanding of customers’ needs & problems
• Monitoring team health and taking measures to address any team health issues

Requirements:

• 4+ years of software product management experience
• Experience taking B2C/B2B products to market
• Strong analysis skills
• Strong bias to action
• Excellent communicator
• Comfortable navigating through conflicting priorities
