Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a Senior Developer to join the Portworx team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the Portworx suite of products, focusing on clean code, customer orientation, and quality. He will be involved in developing a new SaaS platform to provide a secure and consistent experience for customers using Portworx offerings.

The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing various features and products within the Portworx portfolio. He will collaborate with peers and stakeholders to take solutions from initial design to production, adapting to customer feedback and addressing issues found during testing and deployment.

Role Involves:

• Designing and developing SaaS microservices.
• Integrating new features into Portworx products.
• Focusing on design, development, unit/functional testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Collaborating with peers and stakeholders.
• Experimenting with new technologies.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and testing product components.
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and SaaS-based scalable platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing high-quality microservices.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid CS background in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
