Requirements:

• BS in computer science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of technical management experience.
• 5+ years of systems software development experience (C/C++/Java).
• Expertise in managing projects throughout the SDLC.
• Strong customer focus.
• Experience introducing and growing an agile (Scrum) environment.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end quality best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
