What This Role Involves:
- Monitoring internal detection systems for new attacks.
- Validating malicious threats.
- Analyzing potential attack vectors and exploring resolution options.
- Building relationships with partnering providers and clients.
- Collaborating with multiple teams to enhance client protection.
- Utilizing tools like DNS, WhoIs, and scripting languages.
Requirements:
- Relevant education or experience in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of Internet protocols and attacks.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivation and client-focused attitude.
- Basic understanding of Unix/Linux command line.
- Phishing Mitigation/Incident Response, Fraud Investigation, Threat Hunting experience preferred.
